Meet the Gladiator 60 Touring - a 60V battery with a tremendous amount of capacity, meant for those looking to go the distance. This battery is all about range but also has the power to run 11.5kw of power (with an aftermarket controller).
A bit of math to help: most OEM Surron batteries are 60v 40ah = 2,400 watt hours. This 60v Touring battery is 60v 70ah = 4,200 watt hours. That is nearly double the range of a stock battery.
Connector options: OEM is easy plug-and-play. QS8 (not required for this Touring battery is just an option typically reserved for 15kw+ of power). For the Touring battery, we recommend sticking with the OEM connector option.

Now comes in a steel enclosure, which is built in-house starting with a sheet of raw steel that is bent, welded, powder coated, and laser engraved by our highly trained fabrication team. Features an injection molded lid with relocated discharge wires.
How does it stand in our lineup?
The 60 Touring is aimed towards maximizing range, similar to the 60 Endurance. While the 60 Endurance is a drop-in, the 60 Touring requires you to swap your stock base plate with a new one, which is included with your order.
This battery is best suited for those using a stock controller or an aftermarket controller with a tune of 11.5kw or less. (The S Edition up to 20KW continuous). If you’re looking for more power with your aftermarket controller, we recommend checking out the 60 Max. The 60 Touring will work with your stock charger or our Variable Rapid Charger!
Specs: High capacity 60V battery rated for 11.5kw/20kw of continuous power. Includes new custom steel enclosure, upgraded discharge wiring and connector, reinforced carrying handle, injection molded battery cap, hardware for stock-lid fitment, and CNC milled Acetal battery tray. Comes standard with QS8 connector and upgraded wiring (7 AWG). Select Supra option for stock harness compatibility.
The 60 Touring is built in-house using grade A 21700 cells (LG / Samsung) with a Smart BMS and custom PCB. The Standard Version can deliver 202 Amps of continuous discharge and 302 Amps peak. The S Edition can deliver 350 Amps of continuous discharge and 630 Amps peak. Provides high performance throughout discharge and includes overcharge protection. Pure nickel is used in construction, allowing the battery to run at staggeringly high efficiency and eliminating the possibility of overheating. Cell groups are isolated for superior durability, impact resistance, and each individual cell is fused for safety.
